Yes. The tool you used must grant commercial usage rights, and the track must not use anyone else's voice, work or recording without permission. When both conditions are met, we can distribute your song to all platforms.
Some platforms require AI involvement to be declared and may surface that information to listeners. Releases with missing or incorrect declarations can be taken down. We set up metadata and source declarations correctly at submission.
It depends on your tool's licence terms. Most commercial tools assign output rights to you; some impose restrictions. Tell us which tool you used in your submission and we will review the licence terms together.
No. Cloning an artist's voice without permission violates both platform policies and personality rights; we do not distribute such releases.
A mixed audio file (ideally WAV), square artwork (at least 3000×3000), artist and track name, which tool you used, and songwriter details if any. We handle the rest.
Distribution
After metadata and artwork checks, your release typically goes live on all platforms within 3–7 business days. For a scheduled release date, we recommend submitting at least three weeks in advance.
Artwork must be square, at least 3000×3000 pixels, RGB, in JPG or PNG. It cannot contain web addresses, social handles or platform logos.
General
Our A&R team reviews submissions weekly. Selected projects receive a response within 10 business days.
Payments
Platforms report revenue with an average delay of two to three months. Once reports arrive, payouts are transferred monthly.
Rights
You retain all rights to your work. Seko Music only exercises the distribution and representation rights defined in the agreement.
Yes, but written permission from the rights holder is required. Please send the licence document with your submission.
